Dr. Constance Blomgren is an Associate Professor in the Open Digital and Distance Education Masters of Education, Athabasca University. She has been involved as project lead or co-developer on several OER projects including The Form and Function(s): Sustainable Design Meets Computational Thinking; the Multiply K-12 OER podcasts and videos; and the Annora Brown Art, Life, and Legacy project which are represented on the BOLT website. She teaches and researches about openness in education. She is a Director for Open Education Global and a member of the ICDE OER Advocacy Committee.
